  Let me just say I don't ever write reviews but I'm pretty upset by what I was told over this phone this morning.
  I made an appointment at the beginning of the week for the following Monday(I would have been 8 weeks and 4 days). However, yesterday (8/16/17), I was rushed to the closest hospital with sudden and severe bleeding and cramps. I had miscarried. They gave me specific orders to follow up with the OB within the next 48 hours. I called this morning and was put on hold for a moment and then told that after speaking with their supervisor they could not schedule me because I went to Tampa General Hospital instead of one of their hospitals (Brandon or St Joes), and that I needed to follow up with one of the doctors affiliated with TGH... When I tried to explain that it was an emergency situation and I went to the nearest place to me at the time. She just repeated the same thing. I personally don't understand how this can even be a policy. It was an emergency situation and I was just trying to get to the nearest hospital. I am pretty emotional today as it is and I just feel completely disheartened about this and felt like sharing my experience.
