  We paid for this store to pack a box of Trader Joe's treats going to Japan. This store did not weigh the box correctly, so the box got redelivered to our home, and was already damaged. When we took it back to UPS to find out why it didn't ship, we also had them watch us unpack the shipment. Instead of carefully packing our items, they used them as packing material. The employee on site was unable to help, so we waited for a manager who was rude and unprofessional. Had to involve our credit card company to get our money returned. Will never use UPS store again, as several in the area are owned by the same people. The Lithia Post office is better -- and the box shipped for significantly less!
