  Don't go on a Friday unless you have an appointment. Walked in to get a double dimension, asked tge wait time of 15 minutes. Waited over an hour and my name was put on hold because the next stylist was leaving before she would be done with my hair, so I watched another color go back with a different stylist before me. If you have countless hours to spare on Friday go on in, but otherwise an appointment is needed.

  I have never had a problem with chain hairstylist but I will never go here again. First off, I know my hair was long (past my waist) but being asked to STAND while I got my hair cut is unprofessional. I have NEVER been asked to stand even when hair longer than what I had going in. I asked for a v-cut. I got a botched straight cut. Or a half-attempted v-cut. If you're going to do a straight cut at least make IT STRAIGHT. It's completely uneven and looks horrible.

  They can highlight wonderfully, I've seen it,they do perms, great haircuts, someone can braid, there's even a guy there who does hair for guys .Love all the PPL who work here, they are all so talented.. never knew such a small place could be so good. And they always so nice... Thanks guys!
