  I went through the drive through to order a milkshake. When I pulled up to the speaker, it took until I said "...Hello?" for someone to take my order. When they did, it wasn't very polite. Then, I pulled up to the window to pay. The manager (I would assume it was the manager) was standing at the window doing something on the counter. The woman (who I believe took my order) placed my milkshake on the windowsill and walked away. After probably about 5 or so minutes, the manager walked away and the lady returned to complete the transaction. Not once did the manager open the window or even acknowledge my presence. Not even an, "I'll be right with you, ma'am.". Drive thru's are supposed to be fast paced and employees are not supposed to ignore customers.
